Amber Atherton, boss of tech firm Zyper (recently bought by Discord), says you need staff who are good at things you might not be. A Brit running a San Francisco-based business, she adds that entrepreneurs also have to be resilient to change.

Ms Atherton was interviewed for a new mini-series called Paths to Success.
